Got a Great deal on a 2023 Mercedes EQS 450 4Matic sedan. Bought it online from Rick McAvay, who was quick and professional online, and that followed through with the state of the car when I arrived to pick it up. (They really did a good job detailing it!). Then I drove it home to Syracuse, NY. Just a normal drive with cruise control, and I exceeded the promised range of 340 miles by another 65 miles, for a total range of 405 miles!

Worth the trip! Went to several dealers in NY promising to Match price and test drive vehicle. When I got there, there was no car available to test drive and the “price protection” was a joke What this dealership said, they did . No haggling , no pushy salesperson to buy extended warranties . Horrid experience the last two times in for maintenance. Went in for an oil change in February and all of the oil leaked out from the oil cooler housing. I performed my own repair, and gave the service department the benefit of the doubt as the part was plastic and it was winter (these things break). I did not complain about this, and just ate it.

Brought my truck in at 8:30am for a 9am appointment to have my brakes changed. At 2:30pm, after calling 3 or 4 times and not getting through to my service rep, I was finally informed that they were "Just getting it onto the lift". The wait times at this dealership are unacceptable and the communication is non-existent without constant pestering.

I purchased my vehicle at Blasius of Bristol and got the “Tires for Life” package, and this is the location that handles the tire repairs/replacements.
I went to Blasius Chevrolet today and Brett was my service advisor who was wonderful to work with. I had a nail in the tread of my tire and the tire needed to be replaced.
