We purchased a new Escalade from Brian Coury, our second one from this dealership along with the purchase of a truck this past year. I can not recommend this dealership and our sales man, Brian, more. It is the most seamless, fastest processes when picking up the vehicles. We ordered the Escalade back in November and Brian kept us in the loop of everything thing that happened along the way. He is very fun to work with, so nice, had everything ready to go when we went to pick the truck up. He took the time to go through the whole car with us and set up the whole system. Greg the salesman was amazing to work with he made the process go from start to finish very smoothly I went in at noon to look at the vehicle I had contacted them about and I was Done and ready to leave with my vehicle with less than 2 hours. I was not trading my current vehicle in and had to wait for my insurance company to send off my docs. So I had signed and as soon as I got everything to Greg and the finance team they completed the rest and delivered the vehicle to me. To say they went above and beyond to make this process as easy as possible for me is an understatement. Not to mention ton the vehicle is Absolulty like brand new. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase the service and the quick turn around if everything not to mention the price and rate and payment was much better than I expected. It was nice to deal with a salesman and a finance person that tried to sell you a dream they said we will give you the worse case with the highest rate and payment so when it came back lower and where unneeded to be it was relieve.
